Site blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a key identifying distinct parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
More documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
